One brand I simply adore on the high street is Max Factor. It is such an underrated brand, despite its deep rooted heritage, which is something I believe people forget about.

Max Factor was a visionary make-up artist, wig maker and inventor and was best known for creating the signature looks of the era's most famous icons such as Ava Gardner and Jean Harlow. He was born in Russia and emigrated in 1904 to America. In 1916 Mr Factor started selling eye shadows and eye brow pencils. This was the first time such products were available outside the film industry.
Mr Factor was the major contributor to ensuring transformative make-up artistry tools were available to every woman, enabling them to make themselves up in the comfort of their homes and create their own personal glamour statement.
Mr Factor combined science and make-up artistry for over one hundred years to create market - leading, iconic products. And now, the team continue with his evolution to ensure they are continuing to lead the way.
These blushes are one of my favourite products Max Factor have produced in recent years. The multi-tonal shades mean you can blend and build the colour. You can go for a subtle look or build the colour for a more dramatic look.
The pigmented blushes work with all skin tones and the additional bonus to these products are due to the ultra blendable quality - there are no visible blush lines so completely fool proof.
I would highly recommend these blushes they are beautiful and really challenge the expensive designer brands currently on the market. The blushes are priced at £8.99 which is a bargain and means you can pick a couple of colours as I found it difficult to choose just one so decided to get a few- which, I do not regret.
