LQ Liquid Health Supplements Advanced Skin Care

I am not one for supplements and I rarely take them. I have always looked at the skin, hair and nail vitamins but have never got round to actually trying them. I have never seen liquid supplements of this type and actually it made my life a little bit easier - strange but true. I have been taken these for the past six weeks every day and I have noticed my skin has become clearer and when I get a blemish it clears up quickly.

The supplements are rich in vitamins an minerals such as Vitamin A, B7 and B3 and many more, these all work together to provide the support skin health. The brand are focused on supporting skin health from within, and target different aspects that impact on the health and well-being of the skin as it ages.

Would I purchase this product again? - Yes, I would I much prefer it in this easy liquid form as I take it in the morning and it does not taste too bad.

I am still one for promoting eating healthy and regular exercise and ensuring you are well hydrated, but sometimes life does get in the way and this provides an additional boost. I think it is one that you all must try and they are available here and costs £29.99.

Ooharr Face Masks

I am a big fan of face masks and now due to my limited time, with having a baby to look after I am very picky about which ones I use as it is my indulgent 20 minutes so I want the product to be good. I also do a very strange thing, because I have combination skin - dry cheeks and oily at times T-zone I use two different masks to combat both situations. Sounds strange but you should try it before knocking it.

Estee Lauder Pure Colour Blush - Poppy Passion (Satin)

This is one of my favourite blushes, it may not look much in the pan but the beautiful rich colour is just perfection. Estee Lauder make some of the best blushes and this colour and formula lasted all day which is perfect. You can either apply a small amount or build the colour for a more dramatic look. I would recommend for you all to have a look at the Estee Lauder colour as if you don't like this colour there will be a colour to suit you. Or, you can check out Estee Lauder website here.

Laura Mercier Tribal Chic Eye and Cheek Palette

I have had this palette for some time there are three within the collection as I have a love hate relationship with them. Now, I usually love Laura Mercier products but this one I have to confess I am not keen on. I thought it would be perfect to purchase them so I could take one book of them away with me and that would mean choice of products without having to pack lots of different products.

The eye shadows are pretty but there are no real transition shades and do not apply very well. I find them to be blotchy and the colour pay off is just not what I expected. So, I was rather disappointed. The positive out of this palette are the blushes which are beautiful and apply well without any streaking. This palette was limited addition, but I have found it available here.

Manuka Doctor Age Defying Serum

I am quite fickle when it comes to serum, I have yet to find my absolute favourite product that fits my needs, however, this does come very close. Manuka Doctor is not a well known brand but should be one that pops into your mind when you need new skin care products. The main point I adore about this product is the rich texture and it really feels like my skin is being nourished when applied.

The formula rejuvenates and nourishes and hydrates tired looking skin and it really does this. My skin since getting over my pregnancy my skin has good and bad days and by using this definitely improves the overall look. I especially like this product as part of my evening skin care routine as over night it really aids repair and hydrates my skin in preparation for the day.

Manuka Doctor is based in New Zealand where there bee keepers product the best Manuka Honey from their hives. Manuka Doctor offers naturally inspired, scientifically enhanced skin care formulations that are refined and 100% bee friendly. Manuka Doctor puts women's needs and concerns at the core of everything it does resulting in high performance skin care regimes that deliver genuine benefits for the ultimate in skin confidence every day. This product costs £24.00 and is certainly worth every single penny. I am going to be purchasing the full size because I simply love the product and the brand and everything it stands for. This is one product I would recommend to you all and is available here.

Ciate Nail Polish - PP103 Pillow Fight

Warning - I am now going to rant about this nail polish. Firstly, I love the colour of this polish and secondly I love Ciate products. However, I am not sure whether the formula is off but this polish did not last one day without chipping (I hate chipped nails). It was so disappointing and annoying as, as I keep saying with being a busy mum I simply just don't have time to continually take nail polish every day. This polish was just disappointing, check out the other Ciate products here.
